Leave A Legacy

When my best friend died in 2007, that’s when I understood what it meant to leave a legacy. The way he lived his life, even at the age of 17 was exemplary. He was kind ,fearless and selfless. He brought people from all over East London together when he died. It’s the reason why we call him a legend in East Ham. More than anything else, he will always be remembered for how he made people feel.

Leaving a legacy is much more than the material things you accumulated or left behind. It’s also about the impact you’ve made in the lives of friends, families and even strangers. Im a firm believer that every skill & talent you possess is to serve others.

Even though he’s no longer here, his legacy lives on through me and others.
