Work On Your Spice

When it comes to well-being, one of the best things I came across this year was the concept of SPICE.


In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle you’ve got to consider all aspects of your make up; Spiritual Physical Intellectual Creativity and Emotional.


If you’re operating high in one but extremely low in another, it will manifest in some way. Most of us focus on one aspect of our lives but not in other areas so the best thing to do is find a balance.


My top tip: Think about how you can engage in one of these every single day.


Example:

Spiritual - Pray before work

Physical - Work out after work

Intellectual - Read for 10 mins

Creativity- Journal for 5 mins

Emotional - Play with my child


Make it work for you and see the difference in your life. With all things, be intentional.
